## Anshuman of VD got Third position in Delhi State Level Abacas competition
## Ishan Chugh of XI  E has stood first in Tech Avishkar category of eRaksha digital competition organised online by Cyber Peace Foundation and NCERT . He has stood first out of almost 50000 entries from across the world.
##Raman Experiential Science Teachers ( REST) Awards is a National Level Competition designed to establish Science as a fun and interesting activity that can be explored anywhere with simple materials.The contest is sponsored by ISPF(Innovation and Science Promotion Foundation).
Our school teacher Sh Rajendra Parashar participated in the REST AWARDS 2020.
In preliminary round his video of  hands-on activity on UNDERSTANDING SPEED AND SHAFT POWER OF DRIVEN PULLEY WITH DIFFERENT RADII 
Was selected for the National Finals in Feb,2020.
In the Finals , his video of  hands-on activity titled UNDERSTANDING CONCEPTS OF THERMODYNAMICS IN EASY AND FUN Topic was   awarded CERTIFICATE OF MERIT.

Urvashi Tomar  (of
Batch 2015- 2016)
 has been selected in the flying branch of Indian Air force  for the training as pilot   .She has   joined the Air force academy (Dindigul, Hyderabad) on 28th jan as Flt. cdt.( flight cadet).
Her training period is for 74 weeks and after training  would be commissioned as Flying Officer. For her great achievement,  she appeared in and cleared the following exams::
Afcat exam ( air force common admission test) ;
SSB interview ( service selection board) ;
 CPSS exam( computerised pilot screening selection) [only for flying cadets]
and finally one of the toughest Medical Fitness exam. The proud Lilawatiite is one of the three Ladies selected at All India level.
## Virtual Inter School Sports Competition—

TOYCOTHON-2021
Toycathon 2021 is a unique opportunity for Students, Teachers, Start-ups and Toy experts/professionals in India to submit their innovative toys/games concepts 
 Our following students have been selected for grand finale of Tycothon.

2. Manya – class 9
3. Prarit- class 9
Theme was to prepare a mythological toy.
They prepared a physical toy of a Tree Chanting Mantras.
## Our students participated in Interschool competition MAPTECH organised by  Mount Abu School.

## Nikunj Gupta  of class 12 received an amount of 50,000 INR as a cash prize , for participating in  EDUFRONT Code Fest 2020- The Bug stops here.
The young CODER  Nikunj Gupta o
 discovered his coding potential and got himself recognised among the top 10 young Coders in India.
He became the second runner up and received a cash prize of Rs 50,000 INR.
## KIDEX NATIONAL ALL ROUNDER CHAMPIONSHIP – Aatal Innovation Mission ,Niti Ayog 
The competition consisted of 30 activities to understand the calibre of students in different spheres,for Instance- Sports,Socio-  emotional skills, Creativity and imagination, Language and Communication and many more.
Our following students have shown Outstanding performance in some of the skills and secured TOPMOST position in state.

During the academic year 2018-2019 LVM continued to excel in scholastic , co-scholastic and sports field. 

For outstanding academic performance and for being among the top 0.1% of successful candidates in AISSC 2018, eight of our students received certificate of Merit in Economics and one student in Mathematics. Also in AISSE 2018, our student Bhavya Chawla received Certificate of Merit for her performance in English Communicative. In XXXIV Manav Sthali All India Inter School Maths Talent Test our student received Certificate of Merit while two received Certificate of Appreciation. 

LVM has recently been upgraded to “Gold Club ” category by Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organisation of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Also Atal Tinkering Lab is in full swing and is helping budding Lilawati scientists to innovate ,discover and invent . Two of our students received Certificate of Appreciation in Atal Tinkering Fest Robert Unknown Football Game.

Tata power DDL CLUB ENERJI awarded Certificate of Appreciation to LVM for active participation. Centre for Science and Environment has labelled Llilawati as a ‘Green School’ under Green Schools Programme. The Award winning school garden remains a hot favourite with judges at the Annual Flower Show competition at the University of Delhi .Each year the School has been winning coveted trophies and positions for Best School lawns , Best Maintained Garden area of a Senior secondary school and Best school garden. LVM has been selected leader in contributing to community by EduAdvise in the year 2019.

The Legal Literacy Club of Lilawati Vidya Mandir sensitizes students on various legal issues. In December 2018 students participated in Youth Parliament under the ageis of Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, Government of India. In true patriotic fervour LVM celebrated Independence day and Republic day wherein a plethora of cultural items displayed the zeal and enthusiasm of Lilawatiites.

Our sports stars Nidhi and Agampreet Singh Awal won medals at National level Canoeing and Judo. (see link). Apart from this, Lilawatiies continued to win positions at zonal , District and Inter Sch00l level. (see link)

LVM teachers don’t lag behind in their spirit of competition and new learning .Mrs Dixit was awarded second position in an online competition on the topic Road Safety Integrated conducted by Delhi Traffic  Police.

LVM judo coach Mrs Kamaljeet Kaur won bronze medal in Commonwealth Judo Championship 2018 in Grand Masters section. Our renowned artist and our school’s favourite art teacher Mr Amit Dutt received the coveted National Asward by the Honorable President of India in the year 2018.
