Though conflicts and contentions, disputes and dissents are at the background of human relations, yet one has to learn to balance the fine line between healthy and unhealthy ones. Still, display sufficient respect to even those whose ideas one does not endorse.
It does not take much strength to do things but it requires a fearless mind and a great strength to decide what to do. This strength is what people term as determination, doggedness, perseverence or the eternal never – say – die spirit.”
