“Virtues like courage, willpower, determination, enthusiasm, concentration, judgement, reasoning et al ensure that we accomplish what we desire. And in order to achieve it we must be driven internally. Only then can we grow in conviction, competence and courage to accept responsibility.
Though conflicts and contentions, disputes and dissents are at the background of human relations, yet one has to learn to balance the fine line between healthy and unhealthy ones. Still, display sufficient respect to even those whose ideas one does not endorse.
It does not take much strength to do things but it requires a fearless mind and a great strength to decide what to do. This strength is what people term as determination, doggedness, perseverence or the eternal never – say – die spirit.”
